Four Steps to a Great Theme Meal

Riderwood Theme Meal #1:

Four Steps to a Great Theme Meal

  1. Great Theme:   Chinese Luncheon
  2. Great Planning: Our Marketing Plan includes posters, table touches, & an in-house video
  3. Great Recipes: Some existing recipes along with a few new ones
  4. Great Teachers: Erickson’s Riderwood management Team

Paula Karamihas and Ysabel Montemayor have preparations under way for the first theme meal for the 2016-2017 class. The luncheon will be on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at Riderwood Village and will include delicious items like Hoisin Glazed Pork Spare Ribs, Lemon Pepper Tempura Shrimp and Mango-Ginger Pudding.
